Sealed in total darkness in a case of keyboards for approximately 19years. You might have seen I have recently sold four of my RARE Apple(mostly ADB, but also some USB) keyboards, including Avid video editingkeycap keyboards, and those were from a flight case not opened since afew seconds in 2011, packed in there since 2005, so it has been intotal darkness inside an airtight sealed flight case for 19 years. Thisis a major reason that gear from Synhouse is better than anyone else's.But this one is one of a dozen keyboards (mostly USB, but also a fewADB and PS/2 PC) in a sealed case that came from a system integratorbuyout. This was the Los Feliz mansion lot from 14 years ago, 1/2011,clearing out an entire room of gear in a mansion in about threetruckloads, mostly video gear and that included a lot of computerhardware, software, and books, and most of that had been taken offshort leases between 2002 and 2008 or so. This is a PC keyboard with the small round PS/2 interface plug, notApple Mac, not USB, NOT ADB, so it can only work on a PC with PS/2keyboard/mouse connections (or probably with a USB adapter, I was usingone on the trackball in the demonstration video for this, it's a PS/2trackball, but connected to a USB port through an adapter and hasalways worked fine).This one would have have been used on a PC type HP XW8000 workstationSymphony Avid Media Composer system, and NOT a Macintosh-based AvidMedia Composer system.I hope I made that is a very RARE keyboard that was originally used with an AvidMedia Composer system. This is a Korean Sejin Electron SKR-2233 keyboard with the Avid keycapset on it and (as above) will work with any type of late 1990s or early2000s PC with the PS/2 interface, and if you use a USB-PS/2 adapter, itwill most likely work with any type of later PC with USB.This keyboard is in beautiful condition. It has a built-in PS/2 cableto connect your PC to.This keyboard has been tested by Synhouse using an P4 PC, with my"QWERTY 1234567890" test as you see in the video.Cosmetically, it is missing one of the two flipper back stands so itwon't stand up back there (I've never done that in my life, and theystopped making keyboards that way), otherwise it is excellent, justlook at the photos. Note a little discoloring around the sides of thekeycaps that is not happening on the beige plastic of the keyboardhousing itself. The shape/configuration of this keyboard is about as close to the AppleExtended Keyboard and Extended Keyboard II as you can get, just the PCversion, so to item is as described in the title and as shown in the photos. ALLof my photos are the actual items, will be very, very safely packed for shipment.
