MACHINIST E5 RS9 X99 Motherboard LGA 2011-3 NOT WORKING AS IS FOR PARTS OR REPAIR. DOES NOT POWER ON ANYMORE. Was working but failed due to a faulty usb port in the pc case. Was running until a thumb drive was inserted into the bad usb port which shorted out. The motherboard powered off then would not power back on after that.
