IEMAI PLA-CF filament combines the convenient printing performance of PLA with carbon fiber reinforcement to provide improved rigidity, dimensional stability and a refined matte appearance. The reinforced formulation is designed for functional parts and technical models that require greater stiffness than standard PLA. It is suitable for brackets, fixtures, equipment housings, tools, mechanical components, architectural models, drone accessories and engineering prototypes. Carbon fiber creates a fine, low-gloss surface that helps minimize visible layer lines and gives printed parts a clean, professional finish. The material is suitable for both detailed models and larger functional components. Its controlled 1.75mm diameter supports consistent feeding, smooth extrusion and reliable layer placement. The filament is neatly wound and vacuum sealed to help reduce tangling and protect it from moisture during storage and transportation. For recommended starting settings, use a nozzle temperature of 210–240°C, a heated bed temperature of 35–65°C and a printing speed of 50–300mm/s. Actual settings may vary depending on the printer, nozzle size, layer height and model structure. Because carbon fiber-filled materials are abrasive, a 0.4mm or larger hardened steel, ruby or other wear-resistant nozzle is recommended. Store the filament in a sealed, dry environment after use.
