Offered is a Creative I/O IEEE 1394a PCI FireWire card, model UW-1394PCI-A01, designed for adding FireWire (IEEE 1394a) connectivity to desktop computers via a standard PCI slot.

This card was acquired from a professional electronics environment and appears unused, still housed in its original ESD protective packaging. The original retail box and printed documentation are included, along with an IEEE 1394 cable.

The card uses a VIA VT6306 chipset and is compliant with IEEE 1394-1995 and IEEE 1394a standards, supporting asynchronous and isochronous data transfer at 100 / 200 / 400 Mb/s.

Condition & Testing

This item was recently removed from an active working laboratory environment.

It appears to be in good cosmetic condition and was part of operational equipment at the time of removal. However, it has not been tested by us.

Based on prior sales from this same source, the vast majority of equipment has proven functional once installed and properly configured.

Because we do not have the technical capability to fully test specialized laboratory equipment, this item is being sold:
