Physically, this Alienware is in near-mint condition. The only minor signs of wear are a small split and slight stickiness to the hinge cover . A small tab on the rearward case has been repaired. The computer is protected by factory plastic covers to protect the soft-touch materials.

Functionally, the laptop has been equally restored. The processor and graphics chip have been refreshed with high quality Honeywell PTM7950 thermal interface material for excellent thermal performance and optimal reliability. The optical drive has been removed from the computer due to a commonly broken ribbon latch. An optical drive will NOT be able to be re-installed. The battery charges and holds a charge, but battery life and usage time is not guaranteed. A fresh and activated installation of Alienware-branded Windows 7 Home Premium has been pre-installed along with critical system drivers and Windows updates.
