Returns or Exchanges

Returns postmarked within 30 days of the delivery of the original shipment will be accepted with 20% restocking fee, no returns allowed after 30 days. All returns must be approved by SMCI Express’ Customer Relations who will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If the item is defective and is under warranty, please contact us and we will assist you in pursuing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
