The HP StorageWorks Mail Slot for SSL1016 LTO-2 Ultrium Autoloader 330821-B21 is a black fiber-filled plastic part designed for use with Ultrium LTO-2 tape cartridges. It is compatible with the HP SSL1016 StorageWorks Autoloader and is contolled by an on-board PCBA (Not included) or thru the Autoloader front panel controls. Cartridges are inserted or ejected thru the Mail Slot that resides directly behind the SSL1016 front Bezel. Tape Cartridges in the Mail Slot are pulled into the Picker and either sent to the LTO-2 Tape Drive or moved to the Magazine(s). In addition to the hp SSL1016 330821-01 Autoloader, this part is also used by the Quantum ATL L600 Autoloader and other OEMs.
