eSUN TPE-83A is an ultra-flexible filament with a Shore hardness of just 83A — noticeably softer and stretchier than TPU-95A. It prints parts with true rubber-like softness and excellent rebound, perfect for shoe insoles, soft grips, gaskets, seals, wristbands, and wearable prototypes.

Printing Guidelines
- Nozzle temperature: 200–220°C
- Heat bed temperature: 40–60°C
- Print speed: 15–30mm/s — print slowly; soft filament needs gentle handling
- Direct-drive extruder required; Bowden setups will jam with filament this soft
- Minimal retraction (short distance, slow speed) to prevent filament buckling
Filament Storage Tips
TPE absorbs moisture quickly, causing bubbles and poor layer adhesion. Store sealed with desiccant at all times and dry at 55–65°C for 4–6 hours if print quality degrades.
