Condition is like new. Two phones look like they were tested and put away (two calls show in history). One has 20 calls in total in history from about a year ago. If I didn't go through the phone history we would have listed as "open box".
Phones were registered with Vonage service, but should have no issues with other services. They would just need reconfigured.
