Tandy 1000 SX with CM-5 monitor, plus the keyboard and different floppy discs.

Was my grandfather's first computer back in 1986. It was in use until they bought a Compaq in the early 2000s when it was relegated to the basement. Likely why the plastic hasn't really yellowed yet.

I have cleaned it somewhat, removing much of the dust which covered it.

The monitor has a line on the left side compared to the right when no image is displayed, but functions fine when a program is running. The front plate covering the dials has come off and was glued together at some point, but is certainly not the most stable.

The computer itself functions well from what I can tell, booting and running the four different floppies well. The internals looked clean to my eye, but I do not really know electronics.

A few of the floppies have some damage to the paper (see pictures), but they loaded fine.

It may have the memory card that is mentioned in the paperwork installed, but I do not know for certain.
