This is a new OPEN BOX item. Please review all pictures. As you can see in the photos I did plug it in just to test it to make sure everything was functional. The cords were all factory sealed until I personally opened them so I do not believe the tablet was ever even turned on prior. As you can see in the photos as well most of the cords are still factory sealed except for the couple I needed to test it. The original packaging is worn from shipping and handling.
