  • This drive was pulled from a working datacenter environment and has been
fully tested and verified. All SMART attributes are within normal thresholds
with zero errors on every critical metric.
  • Helium-sealed design means lower power consumption, cooler operation, and
quieter performance compared to air-filled drives.
  • This is an OEM/datacenter variant built on the HGST Ultrastar platform
(R/N US7SAR160), the same enterprise-grade hardware found in WD Gold and
Ultrastar branded drives. 7200 RPM, 512MB cache, CMR recording.
  • Cosmetic disclosure:this unit has a small crinkled/lifted area in the
paper label at one top corner, where the label meets the metal shroud panel.
Checked closely under magnification — it's confined to the label, not a dent
or scratch in the metal underneath. Priced $17 below the standard rate for
this model to reflect it. See the listing photos for the exact spot.
  • Drive has been securely wiped and is ready for use.
  • Compatible with any system that supports a standard 3.5" SATA connection,
including NAS (Synology, QNAP, TrueNAS), servers, and desktop PCs.
