You are offerding on the pictured items:
- Very clean working Toshiba T2000sx (386sx) laptop with 2 MB Memory Expansion (4 MB total) and CF card for ~500 MB hard disk. MS-DOS is installed- Recapped Power Adapter- A serial mouse (honestly did not test it, i think I got it with this.)- Manuals- An extra battery? It's probably dead.- Previous hard drive and dead battery.- The Toshiba carrying case to tie it all together!
Notes (Read!):- The CMOS battery is dead and removed and maybe is an easy fix if you want to open this all up and know what you are doing.- The floppy drive is missing. I attempted to repair it and failed. I would recommend using laplink and the MODE command in the DOS directory to transfer files to the machine.- The BIOS of the machine was modified to allow CHS of the 512 MB CF drive inside and to set it as the default setting. So even with a dead battery the machine will boot without issue.- I don't remember if the hard drive is actually dead. In fact it might be working.- Pretty sure as usual the battery is dead
