Vintage Rare Sycor Computer Corp. 4412 Data Entry Station from 1976
Price: US $1900.00

For sale an extremely rare Sycor Computer terminal made in 1976.

Terminal was taken apart and all parts cleaned and re-painted where needed (See Pics). Unit powers up and beeps but there is no video. Suspect all video and data were supplied by the Sycor 440 multiuser mini-computer, since the data connecter is not standard RS-233 see pics. Would make an excellent addition to any vintage technology collection, since there are not many left.

Buyer will pay for all shipping charges from Zip 32750.

A Little History...

Sycor was founded in 1966 by Samuel N. Irwin, who had previously worked for Hewlett-Packard. At one time, Sycor was Ann Arbor’s largest private employer, with over 2000 people. In 1978, it was bought by Northern Telecom, Inc. (NTI, later known as Nortel).
