Returns are accepted ONLY on DOA/DEFECTIVE items.Under certain special circumstances, If we agree to take a return for an 'in-compatible item', 'wrong ordered item ' or 'do not need it item' or any other specially allowed return item, a re-stocking fee of 25%-35% will be charged (NO EXCEPTION).
Every item comes with a free 30 day warranty. If within this warranty period the item should fail please contact us. In order to qualify for refund, the returned item must be: identified as our property, unaltered, physically intact, undamaged due to intent or neglect, and complete with all components and accessories originally sold with the item. Upon receipt you will receive verification of return. Please allow time needed (2-3 Days) to properly test and identify the problem.
Once an item has been tested to be non-working, it will be directly replaced or refunded. If no direct replacement can be found, you will have to option to accept a similar replacement, or refund. If the item is tested, and appears to be in its original working condition, the item will be returned to the buyer at his/her shipping cost ,and no credit or exchange will be permitted. Refund for any return (working or DOA) will be issued within 3-4 business days after the product is received in our office (NO EXCEPTION).
