Vintage Dell by Microsoft IntelliMouse 1.3A PS/2 Wired Wheel Mouse. Model X06-08477. Mouse is in excellent condition with very little wear, the textured finish is in great shape, and I couldn't find any scratches.
There IS a teeny tiny dot of damage to the scroll wheel.
