VINTAGE IBM SLT card w/ Inventory box 8524282. FWIW, this (and similar cards w/ the black plastic covered connectors) are "SLT" (or later) cards, not SMS cards.
The SMS cards use heavily gold plated edge connectors that essentially last forever. With the SLT cards (introduced in 1964 for the System 360) the thin gold plating was deliberately designed to disintegrate soon after 50 insertion/removal cycles!
