WHERE CAN IT PRINT ON

Original BT-2580P series is fast dry ink designed with high density print and excellent crisp print. The ink is particularly suitable for any surfaces including porous and non-porous substrate for printing, such as handicraft paper, corrugated cardboard, clay-coated paper, wood, foil, film, hard plastic, glossy box, glass, metal, etc. Any possible surfaces as you could image. However, we would highly recommend you to run a test trail before the actual product print for the better print performance.

1. What’s the different with BT-2560N Black ink cartridges?

BT-2560N is aqueous ink only print on Porous surfaces, mainly water absorbent surfaces. BT-2580P is fast dry ink, it could print on both porous and non-porous substrate.

2. Can I use other brand’s ink cartridge instead of v4ink Bentsai?

Sorry, you cannot use other brand’s cartridges for v4ink Bentsai’s printer. Since cartridge can only recognize original printer. For your better print performance we highly recommend you purchase cartridges from v4ink Bentsai.

3.What should I do if the prints are skipping, banding or no print at all?

This is mainly because of the clogged nozzels. Please try the methods below step by step to overcome the poor printing performance.

a.Remove the clogged ink cartridge from the printer.

b.Turn the print head down, then shake the print head.

c.Grab an alcohol cotton slice to press the print head until the ink spills out.

d.Clean the print head,reinsert the cartridge in the printer and print a test.

Precautions and Maintenance

1. Please shake the cartridge before using it, and wipe the surface of the printhead to make it clean. Please wipe the nozzle surface again after use.
2. The cartridge needs to be stored in the shady, cool and dry area and avoid direct sunlight due to the particularity of ink.
3. If it’s not operating for more than 10 minutes, please take out the ink cartridge from the printer and protect the print nozzle with the original cover came with the package when not in use. Otherwise, the ink cartridge head dries out, affecting print quality.
4. The cartridges from v4ink Bentsai can only use the original printers of our company, which is incompatible with other brands. If forced to use, it may burn the machine or the encryption chip.
5. BT-2580P only works with BT-HH6105 series printers (B2/B3)
