The outer box may show some wear, tape, or labels from handling/storage. The inner black bag that contains the DR-730 drum unit has been opened — this usually does not affect the new, unused drum unit inside. If for some reason it does, we will gladly send you a refund or replace the drum unit. It's up to you. We just want to make sure you are covered and know up front what you are getting.
