During the test phase of this piece of equipment I did notice upon startup that the fans where just a bit louder than normal. Might need to be replaced at some point in time. The batteries held their charge over the weekend that I tested this unit. I do NOT guarantee the lifespan of batteries. My evaluation after fully testing this unit is that it is in good working order. This unit will come with batteries. It also has a 10' attached power cord. This unit is covered under my FREE 30 day return/refund guarantee. This guarantee covers the normal operation of this unit and does not cover the lifespan of the included batteries.
