Phenomenal product with hundreds of extra parts and hundreds of used cases comes with many different assortment of extra free parts for the same printer. I am willing to offer a different pieces of advice. I’m willing to video chat and show you the software the only reason for the sale of these is because I need one software for all my printers so I have to get a whole new set of printers for work so I think it was just time for me to get some new ones and splurge so I’m willing to sell these and negotiate the price but I’m willing to go down and there is two of them both of them work and I am happy to set them up with you if you want to buy them as well I have other printers. 9136206317
