RETURN, SHIPPING and PAYMENT POLICIES:
Return Policy: If an item is broken during shipment, thebuyer will need to send me photographs of the broken item so that I can file aclaim with the shipping service. After the photographs are received I willreimburse the full amount of the item selling if the item that broke is part of a set then I will want the unbroken partsreturned so I can find replacement parts then relist for sale. Buyer will beinstructed on how to return the item to me with a prepaid (by seller) shippinglabel. After item is received by me, then I will reimburse the buyer the fullprice paid for the I havemisrepresented an item in description or photograph, then I will pay the returnshipping cost of the item by issuing a prepaid return shipping label to thebuyer. Buyer will get a full refund of the item selling price once item isreceived back to me. buyer decidesthey do not want the item for any other reason, buyer will pay for the returnshipping cost of the item (item must be received back in the same condition, sopack the item sufficiently) and also be charged a restocking fee equal to 20%of the price paid. The restocking fee is charged to repay the original"free" shipping cost. After I receive the returned item, then thebuyer will be reimbursed the amount equal to the item selling price will have 30 days (beginningon the day item is received) to request to return an item or to inform me of a"broken during shipment" will be more complicated but will follow the same guidelinesestablished for my non-international return policy.

International Shipping Policy: Be aware that some countriesrestrict incoming shipments of certain items. International shipping is notfree and will incur international shipping charges plus other fees from theGlobal Shipping Program (GSP) center in Kentucky, USA. The GSP is contracted byArmchairfinds to ship items sold to buyers located outside of the USA (definedabove) and their fees are not negotiable. I will ship international orders freeof charge to the GSP center in Kentucky, USA. GSP will handle the shipping andexporting of such items from their Kentucky center to your internationalshipping address...This part of the shipping is NOT free of charge. I have nocontrol over how much is charged by GSP to export items but it may beprohibitively expensive and I urge international buyers to carefully considerthe additional GSP expenses before committing to buy or offer on my items. GSPwill quote international buyers of additional fees automatically when a buyerlocated outside of the USA is logged in and looking at my items. GSP willbill and collect the money from the buyer for the services they perform. Themoney you pay for my item will be credited to my account and the amount you arecharged by GSP will be credited to their account and I have no way of knowinghow much they charge for their service and I cannot refund the charges paid toGSP. The amount they charge may be based on the selling price of the item, thecountry the item was originally made in, the import duty, taxes and charges ofthe destination country, the shipment from Kentucky, USA to the buyer’saddress, and the GSP brokerage fee. Of course, you may find something uniquethat I have for sale and you cannot find it anywhere else and you are willingto pay the additional GSP expenses in order to obtain this item.
