We use shipping methods that provide tracking. Untrackedpost is used only upon request and at the buyer's risk.
Our preferred shipping method is via Australian Post. We tryto ship within three business days. We generally dispatch goods on Wednesdayand Saturday.
Domestic Shipping: We willpost using pre-paid satchels up to 3kg and in cartons up to 20kg. For largeparcels (over 20kg), we will ship via private courier. We will combine multiplelots where ever possible.
We accept requests for urgent shipping using anInternational Courier service.
Internationalbuyers: please note: Import duties, taxes, andcharges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges arethe buyer's responsibility.

Note 1: These items have passed a visual inspection. We haveno ability to test items. The item is sold "as is".
Note 2: If the item is a Three Phase Electric Motor or ThreePhase High Voltage Transformer or any other Three Phase High Voltage heavy dutyelectrical equipment, testing of the device can be arranged with a localcompany specializing in the testing of such equipment at the purchaser'sexpense prior to purchase.
Warranty /Guarantee / Returns:
We are not licensed by the manufacturers to sell theirproducts so cannot offer a warranty nor do we accept any liability for theiruse.
No warranty is offered for Three Phase motors, Three Phasetransformers and other Three Phase heavy-duty electrical equipment. It is thebuyer's responsibility to request a condition report prior to purchase. We donot accept any responsibility for the condition report by the testingspecialist.
For all other items, we offer a money-back guarantee, if theitem is faulty or is not as described. Please notify us within 30 calendar daysof the sale, and return the item to us in its original condition. (The purchaserwill pay for return postage) We will process a full refund within 14 calendardays of receipt. Please request a return address. The address may varydepending on the nature of the item.
Carrier Insurance: We donot use carrier insurance unless specifically requested by the buyer. We makeevery effort to package items well for transport but take no responsibility forloss or damage during transport. Carrier insurance will be added to the cost ofthe purchase.

Collection:
We will allow collection, provided the item has been paidfor in advance and the collection is not inconvenient to us.
