The host bus adapter has a PCIex8 3.0 interface as well as 16 internal ports for SATA or SAS drives via 4 miniSASSFF-8643 ports. The maximum data transfer rate is 12 GBps. It is universallycompatible with all known brands and uses the same chipset as the modelBroadcom 9500-16i, making it functionally identical. The HBA is flashed to thelatest IT mode firmware. Delivery includes full and low profile brackets forinstallation.
