Bug 1047696 affects the installation of SunOS 4.1.1 and 4.1.1 Rev B if 4MB and 16MB SIMMs are mixed. Install the 16MB SIMM in U0310 when installing miniunix.
Bug 1055265, 1057110, and 1057243 affect SunOS 4.1.1 and 4.1.1 Rev B and CPU boards with the 100-2770-02 LSC L1A6341 ASIC. Install the IPX Supplement. The IPX Supplement is incorporated in SunOS 4.1.2.
The fuses are not field replaceable.
