Hot End Protective Silicone Sock For Alfawise U10 / Tevo Tornado / Anet A8 Item Description:
These hot end socks will keep your nozzle clean and free from melted burnt on plastic. A key benefit is an improvement in temperature stability, even when you have improved hot end or part cooling fans. Each sock is made of a heat resistant, non stick silicone and prevents the build up of plastic residue. These are a perfect fit and do not partially cover the heat break which can lead to a blocked nozzle.
It is advisable to remove the kapton tape insulation wrap installed over the hot end block for best performance, however if you wish this can also be left in place.
