The front has a flap style opening with a heavy-duty clip that secures the pocket. This pocket has interior pockets to hold keys or other smaller items for office life. The second opening has a nice padded compartment with a divider and straps to hold an electric device.

The third compartment opens up to a file divider with 2 large pockets with secure pockets flaps. The outer side has a file pocket and then a zipper portion pocket for those receipts. Great travel bag, brand new and light but quality made.
