FT232RL chipset – uses CTS control. Works great with other devices on the Atari bus, including the 1050 diskette drive.

AspeQt is the free Atari serial peripheral emulator. This program emulates various Atari 8-bit family peripherals, most notably the disk drives via an SIO2PC cable.

Post Install Tasks

After install of RespeQT or AspeQT you need to select the port and handshake of “CTS” after successful port and handshake selection – you will see the device is connected and ready to go. See images below. Please note – your port names may be different!
