Boots to folder, no OS is installed.
This DOES NOT include a power adapter. On it's own the power adapter is about $200 and I do not have any besides my tester.
I put a placeholder HDD in the caddy to keep it from moving around inside the case, but it is not installed or ready to load. You will need to replace and load this yourself.
There is also a disk stuck in the disk drive, I cannot get it to function properly.
There may be some scuffs/wear present on the PC.
