Vintage Acer Acros 500HD desktop computer, manufacture date February 1996. Works and boots to Windows 98, though I can't fully test it owing to lack of a PS/2 keyboard/mouse on hand.
...Which is also why we're unsure exactly what processor is in it, though it's got a Socket 7 Acer V30-2 motherboard, so it's probably a P5 Pentium 50/60/66. We've also got a whopping 64MB RAM, two HDDs, two CD drives and a 3.5 floppy. Plus it's populated with some interesting cards, including a 4MB Matrox Millennium II graphics card, a Quadrant Cinemaster video capture / TV tuner card, and an Acer Magic S20 sound card.
It's in pretty great shape for its age physically, with only a little yellowing and no cracked or missing pieces - and considering the wacky way the case opens, is kinda amazing in itself.
Perfect unique setup for a retro build!
