Used, as-is. Pages and cover are good and crisp. Back cover has small dark stains which translate onto a few pages deep. Book has a 1984 date stamped in it. Otherwise, book is almost like-new condition. Mailing card is still inside. See attached pictures. Ruler in pictures is not included in sale.
