Radio Shack TRS-80 Model III microcomputer (model 26-1065) with a fully loaded 48K of memory, a built-in Texas Peripherals single sided double density floppy drive, and a Gotek floppy emulator with a USB stick included.
This system is in good working condition. Both internal power supplies have had all electrolytic capacitors replaced and are fully tested. The floppy drive was serviced before listing (head cleaned, all moving parts lubricated, stepper motor exercised) and is fully tested and functional. The keyboard is fully tested and every key works. The photos show the ROM checksum test passing, the complete RAM test passing, and the system booting LDOS 5.3.1. The CRT is hard to photograph, but in person the screen is bright, focused, stable, and has clean geometry. There are some scratches, but overall the finish is better than most of these vintage systems. The integrated power cord is in good condition. This is a large, heavy item, and it will be packed as well as possible in a dual box setup with lots of Model III main unit, 48K

The TRS-80 Model III is Radio Shack's all-in-one computer with the CRT, keyboard, and drive bays in one case. This one is a working, serviced example that would be great for a collection, either for use or display.
