If the item is determined defective by technical support through workmanship the buyer will be issued an RMA for replacement or credited the amount of the purchase.
REFUBISHED RESTOCK TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A 25% restock fee will be applied on all REFURBISHED ITEMS ONLY unless the product is defective from us (This does not include any freight damage which can occur in rare cases if shipped on your shipping account #, your company will be responsible for filing a claim, should one arrive due to freight damage.) If a replacement is sent, the restock fee will be waived. If a replacement is not sent or needed, we will test the returned product once it is received and will determine if the product is defective or was DOA and a credit will be applied if if the product is determined to be DOA or faulty from our facility. If the returned product does not fail tests at our facility, your credit will be issued minus the 25% restock fee.We allow 14 calendar days after the sale for all products to be returned before the product becomes non returnable.
