This is a genuine Pakedge MS-1212 12-port PoE+ managed switch. We used it only for a certification course over a few weeks, so it has very minimal use. It has been updated to firmware v1.03.0.100139 and restored to factory settings, so it is ready to configure for its next network. The unit is in excellent condition and comes with its original box, packing, and all original accessories.
What It Does
The MS-1212 is a managed gigabit switch built for networks that carry audio, video, and control traffic. It has 12 gigabit ports that all supply PoE+, with a 190 W total power budget for access points, cameras, touch panels, and other powered devices. Two 10G SFP+ uplink ports handle the connection to the rest of the network. SFP+ modules are sold separately and are not included.
Layer 2 and Layer 3 features, 802.1Q and private VLANs, IGMP snooping with Fast Leave and Querier, link aggregation, and spanning tree give you full control of AV and IP traffic. OvrC is built in, so the switch supports remote management, per-port PoE control, port reboots, and firmware updates from the OvrC app. The switch mounts in a rack at 1U with the included rack-mount kit, or sits on a shelf using the included rubber feet.
