The hardness and elasticity of the material can also be adjusted individually. The foaming expansion ratio increases as the printing temperature rises while the hardness decreases.

【High Flexibility & Toughness】: As a flexible material, eSUN PEBA-LW filament boasts excellent toughness and can be bent freely without breaking easily. lt is suitable for use in flexible wearable devices, orthopedic braces, and other applications.
【Low Density】: When fully foamed, eSUN PEBA-LW filament achieves a density as low as 0.48g/cm', which is approximately 15% lighter than PLA-LW. It is a flexible and lightweight material with high rebound and can maintain stable performance even at low temperatures.
【Tip for Product】: The white and transparent products in the PEBA series may exhibit slight color variations depending on the production batch. Any minor black specks appearing along the lines in the transparent sections are a normal result of the manufacturing process and do not affect product performance or normal use.
