The surface film provides stronger first-layer adhesion, improved flatness, and helps reduce bubbling during repeated use. The steel plate withstands temperatures up to 200°C and is designed only for PLA and PETG: use a 65–70°C bed setting for PLA and 75–85°C for PETG.If adhesion is insufficient, gradually increase the bed temperature within the recommended range or apply glue to improve adhesion.
• WIDE COMPATIBILITY WITH 3D PRINTERS – 110X120MM: This PEK and PEC spring steel build plate is designed for Tina 2S 3D Printer. The flexible, removable 110X120 MM 3D printer bed plate helps provide a secure printing surface and easy part removal after cooling. Please confirm your printer platform size before ordering. Package includes 1 x build plate only; magnetic base is not included.
• EASY SETUP & SURFACE CARE: Peel off the transparent protective film for the both sides before first use, then clean the print surface with warm water and mild soap. Keep the PEK/PEC sheet free from fingerprints, oil, and residue, as oily contact may cause the printed pattern to fade or disappear. Attach the flexible steel plate to the print bed, level the bed carefully, and prevent the nozzle from scratching the surface. Allow the bed to cool to a safe temperature before removing prints.
• PRINTING TIPS & QUALITY CHECKED: For more reliable results, use a 20–40 mm/s first-layer speed, adjust the bed temperature within the recommended range, and add a 5–10 mm brim for large or high-risk models. A thin layer of glue can help with small or challenging prints. Each plate is inspected before shipment and is recommended for PLA and PETG only—not for TPU, ABS, ASA, PC, or other high-temperature filaments.
