Does come with battery. Battery showed 96% (324 minutes left) with no load on it. Battery will NOT be guaranteed.
Comes with cables shown in pictures. Also, includes user manual (manual has some damage from storage).
This Eaton UPS is new, old stock. However, it was dropped on the corner. It does have cosmetic damage; will be sold AS IS. Damage does not seem to effect performance. Signs of wear from storage. Dirty from storage.
