Return Policy:
A RMA number is required for all refunds or returned items. If the item is DOA, you must contact us within14 days after received the item if the item is DOA or shipping damage.
The Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is requested for all refund or return items. Without RMA number, the return item will not be accepted. The RMA number will be voided after 7 business daysofissuing date.
