This bag is brand new and never been used. Has the double top zipper for the laptop to go inside and there is a front velcro pouch for pens and additional papers, etc. Double handles on the top and a shoulder strap that is adjustable and has a padded center. There's a flap in the back to hook onto your luggage. This would fit a 16 inch screen; it is 17 wide by 13" height.
