My listings includemany photos so potential buyers can evaluate the items up for sale, and Ispecify if they are new or used. I donot separately test new items in their original packaging. I am not responsible for any productwarranties on items offered for sale but rather are the responsibility of thebuyer and product manufacturer. For used items or new non-sealed electronics, mechanical items, software, etc. I will indicate whether they have been testedas well as any potential limitations of the item. I generally do not accept returns for purchases, however, if an item is found to be defective due to a manufacturing problem oris different from what is described in the listing I will consider a requestfor a return and refund through on a case-by-case basis.
