Tracking

Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday via USPS or UPS and process the shipment within 1 business day after payment received. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO, Freight Forwarders or International addresses (including Canada). If you purchase an item from us and take it outside United States, you are fully responsible for return shipping back to us. We ship to the lower 48 states only. If you are unsure about our shipping conditions, please contact us prior to making a purchase. We do not ship via Fedex. Freight Shipping: We offer freight shipping to business addresses with loading docks or forklifts only. We do not offer freight shipping to residential addresses. To receive a quote for freight shipping, please send us your full business address with forklift or dock prior to making a purchase. You can also set up your own freight shipping. Returns
Please make sure you are buying the correct item and model for your needs and research if it will be compatible with your system before completing the purchase. Non-DOA returns will be accepted but will be subject to 10% restocking fee. If you are experiencing issues with your purchase, please message us within 30 days of item received for return instructions.
