This unit has been powered up and tested successfully with the exception of one of the fans. There is physical damage to the switch near one of the side fans (see photo) that causes the fan to not spin. This throws an error in the switch, but it does not impede function of the switch at all. The switch has been factory reset and is ready for use. The switch will include the unit and rack ears but no other power cables or accessories. All ports have been tested. Firmware has been updated to the latest version offered by Netgear.
