Listed here is a Mounting Dream brand computer monitor wall extendable adjustable, tiltable mount. Says it's rated for up to 35 lbs. I had to go to a different type of wall mount because I moved to a dual monitor setup that exceeded the weight limit.

The gives great viewing flexibility and save desk space with a single monitor. (Amazon description indicates it’s for one monitor only.) Even though my duals setup was just under the weight limit, the dual monitor crossbar creates leverage that requires a more rigid (less flexible) wall mount.

All hardware that came with the bracket is included along with instructions, template for drilling holes in wall. There is a small amount of nicked paint where screws attached to the wall, but once it's installed it will look nearly new.
