Shipping -We only ship USPS Priority mail in the continental United States, Porto Rico,Hawaii and Alaska (where serviced by USPS). If your address is incorrect or notrecognized by the USPS website your order will be delayed until corrected orwill be cancelled and refunded.

USPSshipping charges are figured automatically for you with the zip code calculatorin the sale.

Tracking information for USPS will be provided as available.

Cost for large items to beshipped FedEx or UPS Ground will be stated clearly inthe sale description and only shipped to the 48 continental U.S. states.

Delivery -Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment. We ship Monday through SaturdayUSPS. Orders received after 10AM CST Saturday will be shipped Monday morning.

FedEx and UPS orders are shipped Monday throughFriday only.

We do not ship on FederalHolidays.

Refunds & Returns - We stand behind our product line and offer a 30-dayreturn policy unless otherwise noted in the sale description as an "AsIs" item. The 30-day return policy starts the day you receive your order.

Returned items must be inoriginal condition, undamaged and well packed.

Refund will be processedwithin 24 hours of receipt in accordance with our shipping schedule listedabove.

Any issues experienced by acustomer created configuration problem, unsupported manufacturers hardwareconfiguration, electrical issue or malfunction, or heating issues, will not behonored by our return policy.

All items we sell have beenfully tested and guaranteed to work properly. Due to the type of computer,server, POS, and electronics we sell, occasionally people may not have theexpertise or training needed to make them work properly. If the item or itemsare returned to us in original condition we will refund the purchase price. Inthis scenario we do not pay for return shipping cost.

However, if an item youpurchase from us is defective in any way we will reimburse your return shippingvia PayPal after we receive the item and have tested it to verify in fact it isdefective. If the item or items tests defective your return shipping cost willbe sent via PayPal to you within 48 hours of its arrival time to us.
