IMPORTANT: plastic trim/cover near one hinge is slightly separated and can make a noise when opening/closing; hinge itself remains functional and holds the display. This is clearly photographed in the listing.Because of the separated plastic, the area can make a noise when the laptop is opened or closed.During my testing, the actual hinge remained functional, held the display normally and opened/closed the screen. I am specifically disclosing the separated plastic and associated noise so the buyer knows exactly what to expect.The material around the display/bezel also tends to attract dust, lint and fingerprints.
