Up front, I have no clue what any of these numbers mean. This was inside a computer that I won in sale. The computer did turn on, but was extremely slow and was more frustrating than it was worth. I removed this thinking it was worth something to somebody. No care was taken when removing this from the computer in regards to ESD. I do live in a very high humidity climate, so would suspect this to be perfectly fine.. I also do not have any ESD protection to ship this in, so it would be shipped in shrink wrap inside of a box with the notion that it would be fine.
