PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING — TWO IMPORTANT NOTES
1. MOUNTING SURFACE. This mount requires a single wood stud, brick, or concrete. It is NOT rated for drywall alone. If you do not have a stud or masonry where you want it, this is not the right mount for you.
2. GAS SPRING TENSION. The arm ships pre-set to minimum tension. You must adjust the tension to match your monitor's weight after hanging it, or the arm will drift. This is normal, it is covered in the manual, and it takes about a minute with the included hex key.
Confirm your monitor is under 32", weighs 2.2–17.6 lbs, and has a 75x75mm or 100x100mm VESA pattern before purchasing.
