Governing Law &Jurisdiction This disclaimer and any sale by Sofitrek are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and buyer consents to personal jurisdiction there. 12. Severability If any provision of this disclaimer is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
