6. Notes on the Model Number
The listing title uses XGS-8885/4PK as a bundle identifier only. It is not a factory Luxul model number. The actual hardware included in this lot consists of Luxul XGS-1008 and XGS-1005 unmanaged Gigabit switches, all with their original power supplies.
7. Market Value & Positioning
Luxul unmanaged Gigabit switches are commonly used in home AV and integrator environments, and the XGS-1005 and XGS-1008 are both positioned as premium, straightforward plug-and-play desktop switches. New and refurbished Luxul switch pricing varies by model and source, but complete tested lots with power supplies command a premium over loose units. This consignment bundle is positioned as a clean, ready-to-deploy four-switch package for buyers who value tested hardware and complete power accessories.
Why this is a strong value: You’re getting four professionally cleaned and tested Luxul switches in one lot, each with its own original power supply. That makes this an attractive option for installers, AV racks, and network projects where reliability and convenience matter. 8. Condition Details
These switches show normal light cosmetic wear consistent with previous use, but no damage that affects functionality. Each unit has been cleaned, powered on, and tested. Ports, power connectors, and indicator lights are in working condition unless otherwise noted in the item specifics.
9. Compatibility & Use Cases
- Compatible with standard Gigabit Ethernet devices
- Useful for AV systems, streaming equipment, NAS devices, gaming consoles, and office network expansion
- Ideal for plug-and-play installations where managed switching is not required
- Suitable for rack shelves, media cabinets, desks, wall mounts and equipment closets
10. Shipping
The switches will be packed securely with padding around each unit and each power supply to prevent movement during transit. A sturdy outer box will be used to protect the lot, and tracking will be provided. Because this is a multi-unit consignment item, shipping weight and box size will depend on the final packing configuration.
11. Returns
This lot is sold as-is and is considered final sale. All units have been tested prior to listing. If a major issue is discovered upon arrival that is directly related to the listed hardware, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation.
12. Warranty & Service Notes
No manufacturer warranty is included with this used consignment lot. The switches are sold as tested used equipment. Any future service, if needed, would be handled through the buyer’s own repair or replacement channels.
