Working -- both were mine, both work, and I am selling them only because I no longer need them.

Cosmetic notes, stated plainly: some keys in the upper-right column near Backspace have a sticky residue on them, and a few screws are missing from the back of the keyboard. Neither affects how the keyboard works.
